Zamek Ksiaz w Walbrzychu

Ksiaz Castle is the third largest castle in Poland with more then 400 rooms. It was built in XIII century as one of many defense castle to protect the border of the province.
It has been rebuilt many times in it's history and now it is one of the biggest attraction of the Lower Silesia province.
The history of the castle is connected with the family von Hochberg which was one of the richest and famous aristocratic family in Europe.
On the tour (with audioguides) you will see beautyfull interiors and listen great stories of the family and great guests visiting the castle.
Between May and September visitors can also admire amasing castle's gardens and taraces.
This tour does not include entrance to castle tunnels. -
Church of Peace, Swidnica (Kosciol Pokoju w Swidnicy)

You will have an unique chance to see:

Church was built almost 400 year ago as the result of peace treaty signed after big 30 Years War in Europe in 1648. Austrian Emperour allowed local protestants to build 3 churches in Silesia. None of them could be built in the city, each could be built only with wood, clay and strow and they could not have bell towers.
Emperor wanted to humiliate local protestans and hoped that churches would not survive long time. As history showed he was mistaken and churches (2 of 3) survived untill today and we all cen admire they beauty.
In the church you will listen the explanation from the tape or you will be given some text to read (it is in more then 10 languages)
